Located in one of Nazaré’s premium areas, this spacious three-level home is part of a peaceful and private condominium. Guests enjoy access to a large shared garden, a sea-view swimming pool, tennis court, and children’s playground. Right at the doorstep, private parking spaces are available within the gated condominium.

On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a hall that opens into a generous living room with a fireplace, cable TV, fibre Wi-Fi, and a dining area with sea views. This floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. The highlight? A private terrace with open sea views, a barbecue, wooden sun loungers, an outdoor sofa, and a large handcrafted dining table — both the table and loungers brought from Paraguay and made from Amazonian wood — with direct lawn access to the shared pool and garden.

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm). Two bedrooms have sea-view and terraces, and one of them includes an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom overlooks the pine forest, gets beautiful morning light, and also has its own terrace.

On the lower ground floor, there’s a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a smaller window (less natural light), a separate room with a desk and work chair, a bathroom with shower, and a garage space with a ping pong table and card table.

Please note: as this is a calm residential area, cafés and supermarkets are not within immediate walking distance. A car is recommended. However, you’re just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive from Nazaré’s vibrant centre and beachfront.
