The apartment has two access points: through the private garage with direct entry to the home or via the ocean-facing terrace. The private terrace features a dining table with comfortable chairs and two sun loungers with cushions. Inside, the bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed and a desk with a chair for remote work. The living room offers a king-size sofa bed that can be prepared as a comfortable bed, a cable TV, and a relaxed ambiance with a dedicated corner for meditation or morning yoga. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, hand blender, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a kettle, toaster, and all the essential cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine, though no dishwasher.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a bidet. The private garage is a great convenience, although larger cars may need to park on the street.
